WFL commissioner Sonny Ashford announced this week that the WFL’s final league wide owners meeting before 2010 kickoff will be held February 20 in Tulsa Oklahoma. The event will be the last time owners and GM’s will have a chance to discuss and vote on league policy for the coming season.
